As assigned by District Fine Arts Director.

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in any field; preference will be given to those with a degree in music

Certification Desired:
Valid Texas Educator Certificate in all level music or related field; If no teacher certification is held, a degree in music is required

Experience/Abilities Required:
Meet with students' parents or guardians. Plan a program of study that meets the needs, interests and abilities of students. Establish objectives for all lessons and communicate objectives to students. Employ a variety of instructional techniques. Attend staff meetings, band events, and other required duties.
